Senator Halford gave notice of reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE                
BILL NO. 141(RLS) am An Act relating to legislative and                        
executive branch ethics; relating to the conduct of lobbyists with             
respect to public officials; relating to campaigning by state                  
employees; relating to the filing of financial disclosures by certain          
state employees and officials; making a conforming amendment to                
the definition of `public official' for employment security statutes;          
and providing for an effective date  and moved and asked                       
unanimous consent that it be taken up at this time.  Without                   
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(RLS) am was before the Senate                       
in third reading on reconsideration.                                           
                                                                               
Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent that the State                 
Affairs Committee Letter of Intent offered on page 3010 be adopted             
as a Senate Letter of Intent.  Without objection, the Senate Letter of

referred to the Secretary for engrossment with a Senate Letter of              
Intent.
